I am an Iowa native with addresses all over the word. I have lived in Hawaii, California, Virginia and now Colorado. Thanks to the Military I get to expand the definition of home. I am a life long learner, connector and adventure seeker. Along with my three children and husband, I get to do this thing called life.
My therapeutic style is aimed to be fun, yet a safe space to challenge and grow. You can expect to have vulnerable moments, but also share laughter at times. Sessions will be goal focused and centered around motivation to grow.

Hi, I grew up in Vermont and have had the opportunity to live in different parts of the country, which has given me a deep appreciation for people’s unique stories and experiences. I enjoy spending time outdoors skiing, hiking, and gardening, and I am grateful to be doing it all with my husband and our four kids. In my work, I focus on creating a safe, warm, and supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences. Time in session is spent engaging in practical ways to meet clients goals and support meaningful growth.
Dana's sessions are offered at a sliding scale due to her intern status.

Beth Pierce, Virtual Assistant
Hi! I am Beth, a military spouse and mom to three boys. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's in Psychology, and for the last 7 years I've been working as a Human Resources Consultant for a staffing management company. Most of my free time is spent caring for my young children, but I also enjoy traveling anywhere with a beach, exercising and anything to do with football.
